Which Video Format Should I Choose?

If you are intending to play your podcast on a video iPod or other MP4 video player then you will need to download the .mp4 version.

for ipod On Your PC

If you are intending to play your podcast on your conputer, then it is recommended that you download the .wmv file. To view the file, you can use Windows Media Player.
