- Common mistakes

- Pitching

- Market building (product lifecycle, diffusion of innovation)

- Funding plan

 

Maintaining Relationships

- Winning support by canvassing influencers

- Establishing credibility (profile, letters of support, project sponsors and champions)

- Understanding commercial drivers and benefits

- Helping the team to navigate the Planning, Pilot, Implementation and Completion phases

- Working with interdisciplinary teams

 

Ensuring Delivery

- Identifying and managing risk

- Reporting: interim, final, financial, outputs
